The julefrokost is Denmark's long, glorious Christmas lunch: pickled herring, fried plaice, frikadeller, flæskesteg with crackling, risalamande — and snaps, plenty of snaps. These 16 restaurants have confirmed they're serving traditional Christmas food this season. Book ahead — December tables go fast.
